The parish of St Mary of Bethany, Woking is seeking to recruit a Temporary Building Manager

Temporary building manager – part-time, 8 hours per week for an initial 12 weeks

St Mary of Bethany Church seeks a proactive, dynamic individual to help us develop the use of our building.

We have:

A historic building at the heart of our community.
Newly refurbished spaces including a church hall and three comfortable meeting rooms.
Good relationships with our local neighbourhood.
Capacity for more usage of our building by various groups and individuals.

We need:

More people to use our building.
Updated hire policies and charging rates.
Publicity for our spaces on our website and social media.
Someone who can make these connections and generate new usage for our building.

This role is initially for 8 hours a week over 12 weeks, which can be worked flexibly and is reviewable at the end of that period. We will pay a competitive rate for administrative work locally.
