Events
Education and training
Loving Like Jesus
St Andrews Goldsworth Park, Saturday 28th January 9:45am - 1pm. This workshop explores loving like Jesus in a multi-faith culture. It provides insight to working with Hindu and Nepalese communities as well as Muslim people.

Growing Leaders
Growing Leaders 2012 is now running, with five churches collaborating. We hope to run Growing Leaders 2013 and will seek nominations in the autumn.
Growing Leaders is a well reputed and widely used course developed by CPAS. Several churches in the Deanery have run the course in house a number of times. This year we are offering the course at a Deanery level.
Theological Book Group
St Mary of Bethany runs a Theological Book Group within the fellowship, that is proving to be of great value to those who participate. If you feel called to run a similar group within your church, and would like to understand how to do so, please complete the attached form.
Living Your Faith
Living your faith is a discipleship course developed by the Diocese of Guildford, and promoted by Woking Deanery. Module 1 'Journey of Faith' is currently running in Byfleet, and was run on Goldsworth Park and in Horsell during Lent 2011. Module 2 'Roots of Faith' explores the Bible, and is being offered by St Mary's Horsell as a Lent Course in 2012. You do not need to have attended Module 1 in order to attend Module 2.
Roots of Faith will run in the St Andrew's Room at St Mary's from 28th February for five weeks on Tuesday afternoons 13.30 - 15:00, and (depending on numbers) Tuesday evenings 20:00 - 21:30. Enquiries to office@stmarys-horsell.org.uk
Other opportunities
Work Well at One
Work Well at One are a group of Christians, from a wide range of churches, who work in and around Woking. They meet monthly at Christ Church to discuss issues of faith at work, for Bible study and prayer.
Work Well at One run on a "come when you can, leave when you must" basis to allow for the pressures of modern working life.
Woking People of Faith
Woking People of Faith was set up in 2007 and brings together anyone interested in learning about other faiths in Woking. It has held several very successful large meetings, and is supported by the Council and other local partners. Meetings are open to all, but people are also invited to join the Forum; organisations’ membership fee is £50 pa and individual membership is £2.
